支付 is payment. The following word tells you its result: 成功 = success; 失败 = failure. Seeing 支付 alone is not proof that you have paid.

A little and again

一点 softens a quantity or adjective. 一下 makes an action brief. 再 asks for another attempt; 一遍 is a complete repeat.
